Listing Lab uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO-oriented product listing content (titles, tags, and descriptions) for sellers on platforms such as Etsy and Shopify. The Service generates suggested text only; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using it.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your email account, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the product details you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited licence to process your Inputs solely to provide the Service. As between you and us, you may use the generated output ("Output") for your own business. You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for how you use the Output.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and may occasionally resemble other content. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, visibility, traffic, sales, or compliance with any platform's policies. You must review all Output before using it and ensure it complies with applicable laws and platform rules. The Output is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
The Service delivers digital content and access immediately. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details, including your statutory rights.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim, or USD 50. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY/STATE], India will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights or a different forum.
